We caught Mahi when at Cruz Bay Nov , 2013 and used this rub when we grilled the Mahi and it was awesome. Then we used it on grilled chicken.
I had to go back to get more to take home. I am ordering more now.
You can't go wrong with it!

I went to St. Johns on holiday in 1991 and bought this spice and have been ordering it ever since. I have the 5oz jar and buy the 16 oz refills. Highly recommended.

Sailed 2 weeks open ocean for my first time this summer. Only thing better than the open ocean was the promise of fresh fish marinated with CBGR. There is no way to explain the value of a great meal when you are out at sea. Ruth you made our trip. This review is 6 months overdue, but I haven't forgotten. Thank you so much!

We bought this stuff during a trip to St. John a few years ago and have made it a point to reorder it again and again. It is great on just about everything! Our favorite way to use it is actually on bread. Brush bread with olive oil, sprinkle with Cruz Bay grill rub and grill. We make it every time we have guests over for dinner and makes a perfect compliment to any grilled dinner. Trust me, if you get this stuff, you won't be sorry!
