I am addicted to Blind Betty. I use it on fish, chicken, ribs (pork and beef). wish it wasn't so expensive, but it's worth it.

I used this to marinade steak and vegetables for kabobs and I couldn't stop eating the kabobs. The smell was fantastic and the flavor had a slight kick but not enough to make you sweat. I'm going to have order a few bottles to have it shipped to phio for Christmas.

I guess my subject line says it, but I love this sauce for the smoky flavor, and the fact that it's not too hot. I like a little flavor in my food, without going overboard on the heat. I put this on my bean burritos and eggs, among other things and LOVE the flavor. Plus it's made right on STJ, so it's almost as good as being there! (ok, well......)

Fantastic with chicken and pork as a brush on grilling sauce. Marinate meat overnight with St. John jerk dry rub. Prepare to fall in love!!
